However, I could have an IP address from my provider but just say if I had a granny annexed and she decided to use a different internet provider then surely she would have a different IP address to mine. So it's a bit of a farce really as she'll still live in the same house with the same address etc. What's wrong with having 6 people per account?

I tried a few more things. When I pinged the website using powershell it does find the IP address and it does receive all the packets that it sent. I also tried a tracert with the computer in question and with a computer where the website works. The tracert results were equal for both computers.
