Users within my environment on MacBook Air are connecting to XenApp 7.15 LTSR CU3, over Load balanced Storefront 3.12.3000.54 on NetScaler 11.0.72.16.nc and having intermittent Connection Interrupted issues. I'm trying to re-add a user's IMAP email account to Outlook to fix a corruption problem. But now when I add it back it says that the connection to the server was interrupted. This does not happen to anyone else and all settings are identical. I've double and triple checked the settings on the email host's side. Any ideas?
