I couldn't find any other way to suspend my account. I don't want Netflix permanently, I want to get it for a month and binge everything I can then cancel and catch up on other things. Then get it again for a month a few months later. I'm between months currently and if I open Netflix I see a big red "RESTART YOUR MEMBERSHIP" button.
